Today, I would like to introduce you to useful features for working with external partners or clients, namely ‘External Personnel Management’ and ‘Inquiry Management’.

🔗 External personnel can easily request!

In the ‘External Personnel Management’ tab, even if you are not a STOCK 5 MINS AGO user
you can make order or shipment requests through a link.

External personnel can access it through the link shared by the team,
and after entering a temporary ID and password, they can log in easily.

The request flow is very simple 👇
1️⃣ Select the request date and
2️⃣ Enter the currency and tax status, and then
3️⃣ Select the product—it’s that easy!

Without complicated procedures, clients or external partners can directly leave requests, which makes
communication between teams much faster and more efficient.

💭 What if there is no product or if an inquiry is needed?

If the external personnel is trying to make a request and the product is not yet registered,
there may also be additional inquiries.

For such cases, the ‘Inquiry’ feature is provided!

External personnel can send both text and files in a messenger format, allowing for an easy way to leave inquiries as if talking.

For example,

“I would like to register a new product.”

along with an attached Excel file, allows the person in charge to refer to that file and register the product immediately.
Once registration is complete, the external personnel can continue with order or shipment requests!

📂 Inquiry history at a glance!

All inquiry histories can be checked at a glance in the Inquiry Management tab,
to see who inquired, when, and what the content was.

Since necessary files and request histories remain intact,
it’s not confusing when looking back on previous conversations or when a different person is in charge.

🤝 Easier collaboration with STOCK 5 MINS AGO

The external personnel management and inquiry features are
designed to allow “all partners who work together to participate without necessarily signing up”.
